By using Postregister.com, you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. Post Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement by posting the changes to this web page. Indemnification

Upon request by Post Company, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Post Company and its affiliates, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your breach of this Agreement or your use or misuse of Postregister.com. Choice of Law and Forum

Postregister.com is operated and controlled by Post Company from its offices in the City of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement or your use of Postregister.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. As evidenced by your continued use of Postregister.com, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of Postregister.com be filed only in the state court of applicable jurisdiction located within the City of Idaho Falls, Idaho, or the federal court of applicable jurisdiction, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
